Life Technologies wanted to improve its Talent Acquisition Brand (T.A.B.) online reputation score by 25% and produce a Q4 online reputation audit.
theLIFT collaborated with the Life Technologies T.A.B. team to produce a variety of print advertisements featuring real LIFE employees and their stories. Each piece featured a global SMS code that directed readers to a Life Technologies mobile website which allowed readers to sign-up for Job Alerts and watch career related videos. Users that registered for Job Alerts were sent targeted Career News emails giving them more information about their specific field of interest.
Advertisements were displayed at several Career Fairs, including WITI, and placed in the SF Chronicle along with an international run in Scotland newspapers. The LifeTech T.A.B. team now has a growing list of targeted candidates to market career oriented materials to. The campaign is still active and currently being expanded to target more international communities.
